Randy Thrash

Owner

Upon retirement from the U.S. Army in 2013 (after serving 4 years enlisted and 22 years as an officer) my family and I decided to make Clarksville, TN our permanent home. After living all over the world (a total of 8 years at Fort Campbell), we knew Clarksville felt like home; so we moved back here to plant roots and continue raising our children.

Barry Oakes

General Manager

Barry retired from the Army in 2014 after 26 years of service. He worked in banking in the Pacific Northwest and moved to Clarksville with his family in June, 2019. Barry is passionate about providing outstanding service and building relationships with customers.

Lisa

Billing Manager/ Bookkeeper

Lisa has been with Clarksville Pool and Leisure since early 2017. She manages invoicing and pricing as well as many other administrative requirements such as insurance and compliance. Lisa also reaches out to customers and serves a liaison with our business partners and others.

Erin

Office Manager

Erin moved to Clarksville in 2010. Erin has been with Clarksville Pool and leisure since March 2019; initially as an intern and now as a full-time employee. Erin schedules our appointments, communicates with customers, and ensures that job completion notes are captured and recorded. Erin also assists in marketing and serves as our Webmaster.

Billy

Cleaning Tech

Patty and Billy are a package deal. Billy came to Clarksville in 2020 following his wife and joined the team with her. They make a great cleaning team.

Patty joined us 2019 pool season. Patty has an eye for detail and will spend the necessary time to make sure your pool is clear and ready to be enjoyed.
