What warranty service means locally

Most pool equipment carries a 1–3 year manufacturer warranty, but the fine print usually requires an authorized service center to touch it. As an authorized warranty center, we're the local shop that can legitimately open the equipment, verify the failure, and get the manufacturer to cover it — without voiding coverage.

We handle the paperwork

We photograph the failure, pull the serial numbers, submit the claim, and coordinate replacement parts directly with the manufacturer. You don't ship anything, sit on hold, or forward receipts — we run the entire warranty process end to end.
